Reflection
The first artifact is a course that focused on the design of online courses from ETEC 570. This course covers instructional material that contains Absorb, Do, and Connect activities that are both synchronous and asynchronous activities. It contained various technology tools such as Camtasia, Audacity, YouTube, and Google Applications. This course was challenging as I am not a teacher, however I learned how to create a course while integrating technology. I was also able to apply my instructional design background when creating this online course. The second artifact is an accessible lesson plan that was created for employees at CSU Fullerton for ETEC 535. For this accessible lesson plan, I incorporated the instructional materials, Absorb, Do, and Connect activities from ETEC 570 into this assignment. I created an online course for my job and I found new ways on how to make it accessible for any learner. Both artifacts exhibit my capabilities to effectively design instruction that implements e-learning principles and how to make it accessible to all learners.
